Superstar Taylor Swift Opens Up in Time Magazine Interview
In a recent interview with Time magazine, Taylor Swift, who was named the outlet’s Person of the Year for 2023, shared her experiences of constantly being in the spotlight and supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Constantly Under Surveillance
Swift expressed her feelings about always being under the watchful eye of the camera, especially when she is in the suite. She mentioned that there is a camera present, but it’s often difficult to determine its exact location or when it’s capturing her on broadcast. “There’s a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once,” she explained.
Supporting Travis Kelce
Despite the constant surveillance, Swift reiterated that her main focus is supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. She emphasized that she has no awareness of how often she is being shown on screen and whether it might be bothering some viewers. “I’m just there to support Travis,” she said. “I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
Passionate NFL Game Reactions
NFL fans have often spotted Taylor Swift at games, cheering on Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs. During a recent game, Swift’s emotions ran high when a non-call on the Patriots frustrated her. Kelce fell down while trying to gain position against a defensive back, and Swift could be seen expressing her disappointment from the box. However, her plea for a flag went unanswered.
In the end, Kansas City emerged victorious with a 27-17 win.
