Actress and Entrepreneur Considers Disappearing from Public Life
Gwyneth Paltrow, the renowned actress and founder of Goop, recently opened up about her future plans in an interview with Bustle. Despite her expanding empire, Paltrow confessed that she has contemplated stepping away from the public eye.
While speaking with Bustle, Paltrow revealed, “I will literally disappear from public life. No one will ever see me again.” Although she expressed a desire to continue working on her business for a few more years, she acknowledged the possibility of eventually withdrawing.
Paltrow’s Perspective on Fame and Money
In the interview, Paltrow emphasized that personal pleasure has never stemmed from her fame. She credited her late father, director and producer Bruce Paltrow, for instilling this mindset in her. The actress also asserted that money has never been her primary motivation.
Paltrow stated, “I’ve always done independent films. I don’t know. Money has never been my thing. It’s never been my driver.” This perspective has influenced her romantic relationships as well, as she confessed to not being attracted to wealthy individuals who prioritize money.
A Partner Similar to Her Father
Paltrow is currently married to Brad Falchuk, co-creator of “American Horror Story.” In an interview with People magazine, she shared that Falchuk possesses qualities reminiscent of her father, which is what she sought in a partner.
“He has things that were reminiscent of my dad. It’s like blue-eyed, Jewish, TV writer, with a heart of gold and a great sense of humor,” Paltrow revealed. She further described Falchuk as her champion, expressing that his successes are just as exciting to her as her own.
According to Falchuk, Paltrow’s loyalty is remarkable. “If she loves you, she is your champion. You doing well feels as good to her as her doing well,” he shared with People. He even added that she reacts with elation upon hearing positive news from others, showcasing her supportive nature.
It seems that Paltrow’s future may hold a departure from the public eye, but her dedication to her endeavors and those she loves remains unwavering.
