Victoria Police Seek Answers in Cold Case of Mary Anne Fagan
Victorian police are offering a $1 million reward for any information that could help solve the 45-year-old murder case of Mary Anne Fagan. Fagan, a mother of five children, was found stabbed to death in her Armadale home in 1978.
Potential Witnesses Urged to Come Forward
Detectives believe there are still individuals in the community who may have information about the incident and are urging them to come forward. Fagan’s children found her bound, gagged, and fatally stabbed in the front bedroom of their house.
Previous Rewards Offered for Solving Cold Cases
This is not the first time Australian police have offered large rewards to the public for assistance in solving cold cases. In the past, rewards were offered for cases like that of James Patrick Taylor and Meaghan Louise Rose.
